Frequently asked questions

? Will carers be trained on my equipment?

Yes—before support starts we review your hoist, wheelchair or bed and ensure carers are trained and confident using it safely.

? Can you work to my physio or OT plan?

Absolutely. With consent we follow exercise programmes and positioning guidance, and share notes with clinicians as needed.

? Do you offer two carers for transfers?

Where safer, we schedule double-ups for standing aids, slide sheets or stairs to protect you and staff from strain.

? Can you support days out?

Yes—appointments, shopping or social groups are all possible with risk-assessed travel and pacing that suits you.
